Yes\u2014they can exert influence. But what top stories DIDN\u2019T relate to polarizing government leaders [and] still impacted your work and witness\u2014even if they only did so in your region?<\/p>\n<p>Here are some possible suggestions to prime the pump. Was it\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kim Jong Un announced that North Korea will denuclearize<\/li>\n<li>The net neutrality debate<\/li>\n<li>Cuba, and the transition out for the Castro family as rulers<\/li>\n<li>Iraq holds its first elections since driving out the Islamic State<\/li>\n<li>Bitcoin crashes (or at least falls)<\/li>\n<li>Prince Harry and Meghan said \u201cI do\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Terrible wildfires in California or a new tsunami in Indonesia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00bb What do YOU think??? <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brigada.org\/2018\/12\/30_25562\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.brigada.org\/2018\/12\/30_25562\">Vote for one of these or supply the answer yourself<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Pat\u2019s note: I\u2019m very curious!
