Please forward it freely!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Greetings!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just a few weeks ago I said goodbye to friends and left on a 1,300-mile, cross-country journey to pursue a relationship in the beautiful state of Oregon. This weekend the next stage of the journey began: Chris, my love, proposed to me &#8211; and I said yes. We&#8217;re engaged to be married. (To be married! For the first time, in my forties. Hold your applause!)<\/p>\n<p>It got me thinking, though, that many of our readers have made journeys just as far-reaching or more. Thousands of you have left the safe and familiar behind when you responded to God&#8217;s calling to serve, pray, give, make disciples, and mobilize others. Look at all that God has done!<\/p>\n<p>Can I just say, &#8220;thanks&#8221;? May God bless you and make you a blessing wherever he places you and however he wants to use you for his kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>A big thank you, too, for your support and encouragement of Missions Catalyst.
