\u201cDo you know anything about Jesus Christ?\u201d asked Ismail, a Muslim stranger standing at Driss\u2019s door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ismail explained that Jesus had appeared to him in a dream and instructed him to come to this exact house to learn about Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Driss invited him in and told Ismail that he had recently become a follower of Jesus. He wasn\u2019t sure he could answer all of Ismail\u2019s questions. But he would certainly try. Driss felt excited at the chance to try answering Ismail\u2019s questions about Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then Ismail explained that he was an Islamic scholar, and Driss panicked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Driss was an uneducated man, and he worried that his answers would sound foolish to the high-status religious leader. The new believer had been studying God\u2019s Word with Joseph, a Frontiers worker. But Driss knew he still had much to learn from the Bible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI have a friend who knows more about Jesus than I do,\u201d Driss backpedaled. \u201cHe can answer your questions better than I can.\u201d He called Joseph and asked him to come over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When Joseph arrived, Ismail asked him question after question. Their discussion lasted hours. Ismail kept asking to hear more about Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, Joseph suggested they finish for the day. Then he said, \u201cBut I think you two should meet together and study God\u2019s Word to learn more.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Again, Driss felt panic rising inside him. \u201cJoseph is sending me to the wolves,\u201d he thought. \u201cI\u2019m a simple man. I\u2019ll certainly fail!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
